Order Guide

This webshop serves organizations which are customers of Finland Restaurants Oy (also know as Finnresta) or Tampereen Messut Oy.

Please note!

Only companies with Finnresta or Tampereen Messut customer number and a Finnish business ID (y-tunnus) can purchase vouchers with Invoicing as payment method. Registration to web shop is mandatory only if payment method is Invoicing.

When paying with credit card, registration is not mandatory.

Registration

1. Click “My Account” in the top right corner
2. Fill in all mandatory details.
   Note! Customer number is the same 5-6 digit number used to log into exhibitor portal.
   Business ID is Finnish VAT id (y-tunnus) that must be given in format “0000000-0”.
3. Click “Register”. Web shop sends you a link you need to use to create a password.

Upon registration, a user ID and password in Finnresta’s online store is created. If customer number & Finnish business ID (y-tunnus) -pair is found from the web shop customer database, user can use “Invoice” as payment method in the web shop.

Buyer can also register in the Check out -page, after products have been added to the shopping cart.

Choosing products

1. Go to web shop front page by clicking Finnresta logo on the top left corner.
2. Choose the event you are attending to. Then “Food and drink tickets Event name” and once more “Food and drink tickets Event name”
3. Read instructions and add products to basket.

Choosing payment method and sending the order

1. After adding products to the basket, click the shopping cart symbol on the top right corner, and click “Checkout”
2. If you have registered as customer and are logged in, Checkout pre-filles you company’s details. You can also register at the check-out page.

Credit card

Anyone can choose credit card (Adyen – Card) as payment method, and registration is not mandatory.

1. Click “Use new card” on the right hand side and add your card details.
2. Click Place order.
3. Total sum of your order is charged from your credit card immediately. Unused restaurant vouchers bought with credit card will not be refunded.

Invoicing – Only applicable to registered customers and  companies with Finnish Business ID (y-tunnus)

Note, that only companies with a Finnish business ID (y-tunnus) can purchase vouchers with invoicing as payment method.

If Customer number and Finnish Business ID (y-tunnus) -pair is found from the web shop database, you can choose Invoice as payment method and Place the order.

If you think you have filled in your details correctly but payment method Invoice is still not available, check that:

• Customer number is correct (5-6 digits)
• There are no extra spaces in the beginning or end of the customer number
• Business ID (y-tunnus) is in format 0000000-0

Restaurant vouchers

From this webshop exhibitors can purchase event specific restaurant vouchers that are valid in Finnresta restaurants during those events. Vouchers are sent to customer in a separate email, and they can also be downloaded from the webshop.

Each voucher has a unique QR-code which can be used only once. Copying vouchers is prohibited. Vouchers are always product and event specific, and can not be used as partial payment for any other products. Purchaser of vouchers is responsible for distributing the vouchers to correct people.

Unused vouchers which have been paid for at the webshop checkout (payment method credit card) are not refundable.

Unused vouchers which are purchased using invoicing as payment method are billed based on the usage after the event has been held. Only registered customers with Finnresta or Tampereen Messut customer ID and a Finnish business id (y-tunnus) can purchase vouchers with invoicing as payment method.

Credit card as payment method

Products can be paid for using a credit card at the checkout. Invoicing fee will not be added to orders which are paid using credit card as payment method. Order total sum is charged immediately from the credit card and unused products, such as vouchers, are not refundable.

Invoice as payment method

For post-invoicing, the exhibitor must register as a customer to Finnresta webshop (see instructions above).

Only companies with a Finnish business ID (y-tunnus) can purchase vouchers with invoicing as payment method.

Vouchers purchased by using invoice as payment method are paid after the event, and only used vouchers are invoiced.

An invoicing fee of 20 € is added to all invoices sent by Finnresta.
