This webshop serves organizations which are customers of Finland Restaurants Oy (also know as Finnresta) or Tampereen Messut Oy.
Exhibitor restaurant vouchers
From this webshop exhibitors can purchase event specific restaurant vouchers that are valid in Finnresta restaurants during those events. Vouchers are sent to customer in a separate email, and they can also be downloaded from the webshop.
Each voucher has a unique QR-code which can be used only once. Copying vouchers is prohibited. Vouchers are always product and event specific, and can not be used as partial payment for any other products. Purchaser of vouchers is responsible for distributing the vouchers to correct people.
Unused vouchers which have been paid for at the webshop checkout (payment method credit card) are not refundable.
Unused vouchers which are purchased using invoicing as payment method are billed based on the usage after the event has been held. Only registered customers with Finnresta or Tampereen Messut customer ID and a Finnish business id (y-tunnus) can purchase vouchers with invoicing as payment method.
Credit card as payment method
Products can be paid for using a credit card at the checkout. Invoicing fee will not be added to orders which are paid using credit card as payment method. Unused products, such as vouchers, are not refundable.
Invoice as payment method
For post-invoicing, the exhibitor must register to Finnresta webshop. Registration is done by entering exhibitor’s personal details, organization details as well as exhibitors customer ID (5 or 6 digit code) and Finnish business ID (y-tunnus)
Vouchers purchased by using invoice as payment method are paid after the event, and only used vouchers are invoiced.
An invoicing fee of 20 € is added to all invoices sent by Finnresta.
